Virtual Hotel Systems software is available in three versions – each tailored to a specific audience. The basic version offers the core capabilities necessary to run your hotel on a day to day basis and track operational expenses along with sales productivity.
VHS Enhanced adds more expansive reporting with more frequency.
VHS Premium offers portfolio-wide reporting irrespective of the brand of each or all hotels. Data is merged into reports reflecting all of your hotels in one report. Imagine having sales information for 6 hotels along with daily flash data, forecasting and labor in one combined report reflective of each area.
Upgrades
VHS is a dynamic product that rolls out enhancements on an ongoing basis; all users can request new features. Refinements are incorporated continually and rolled out as soon as possible.
